Definitions Appendix:
Acceptable Content – Any and all user generated text, graphics, images, and/or photos that meet the criteria as set forth in the Terms and Agreements section and or this Definitions Appendix. Acceptable Content will not include any reference(s), photo(s), and/or depiction(s) - symbolic or real, of nudity, sexual images, obscenities, pornography, or foul or obscene text, images and/or language. Acceptable Content will also not include any discriminatory reference whatsoever to race, sex, age, religion, or any and all forms of discrimination.
As a general rule, any photos containing images or depictions of blood and/or flesh will not be permitted without the expressed permission of AllCitySavings.com. AllCitySavings.com reserves the right to delete any advertising in violation of these rules at its own discretion. Violation of these rules resulting in Ad deletion will not be eligible for refund. Please see Ad Option definition for more information.
Ad – Any and all Acceptable Content created and posted by an Advertiser.
Ad Option(s) – An Ad Options is the actual purchasable product on the AllCitySavings.com site. We don’t sell Ads; although, once the Ad Option is purchased and used in accordance with the Terms and Agreement it is considered to be an Ad. Ad Options only allow a Registered Business the option of utilizing the Ad Space. Once an Ad Option is purchased, the Registered Business may choose to leave the space blank by not creating an Ad if they so choose. Not creating an Ad does not allow the Registered Business (or any legitimate entity) from requesting and or receiving a Refund.
Ad Space – Designated area on the AllCitySavings.com website reserved for an Ad. All Ad Space is designated by AllCitySavings.com, and under no circumstances will Ad Space be permitted in non-designated areas without the written permission from AllCitySavings.com.
Advertiser – Any and all legal business entities that Register on the AllCitySavings.com website and initiate at least one paid transaction where an Ad is posted meeting the guidelines as set forth in the Terms and Agreement for Advertisers, and/or the Definitions Appendix. Any and all legal business entities that successfully complete a paid transaction to post Acceptable Content as described herein. The terms Registered Business and Advertiser may be used interchangeably throughout the AllCitySavings.com website.
AllCitySavings.com – The website owning the domain, and having the web address www.AllCitySavings.com
Breach of Contract – Any and all acts in violation of the Terms and Agreement once it has been accepted by either a Registered Promoter or Advertiser, or any other affiliate of this site required to sign and/or accept the Terms of Agreement.
Brrp – AllCitySavings.com‘s reference to a BRRP and/or Business Referral Reward Program payment and/or accumulation of 50 points as generated through the Business Referral Reward Program. All Brrps are equivalent to 25 points and/or $25.00 US, depending upon a Registered Promoter’s Qualification status.
BRRP – AllCitySavings.com‘s acronym for the Business Referral Reward Program.
Business Referral Reward Program – Program owned, copyrighted, and wholly exclusive to AllCitySavings.com and its respective owner(s) whereas a Registered Promoter may become eligible to receive Brrps by promoting the AllCitySavings.com website to Advertisers.
Definitions Appendix – Appendix to the Terms and Agreement of the AllCitySavings.com website. This Appendix is considered by all parties, to be a legally binding addition to the Terms and Agreement contract. Any and all parties agreeing to the Terms and Agreement, as done by clicking “I have read and agree to the Terms and Agreement as set forth herein.” on the AllCItySavings.com website is automatically agreeing to the Definitions Appendix, in its entirety, as part of the overall Terms and Agreement.
Firp – AllCitySavings.com’s reference to a FIRP and/or Friend Invite Reward Program payment and/or accumulation of 10 points as generated only through those immediate Friends that were invited by the Registered Promoter, and who achieved Brrps themselves. All Firps are equivalent to 10 points and/or $10.00 US, depending upon a Registered Promoter’s Qualification status. An accumulation of Firps by a referred Friend that total 25 points does not qualify asa Brrp to the Referrer.
FIRP – AllCitySavings.com’s acronym for the Friend Invite Reward Program.
Fraud – Any and all attempts to take advantage of the AllCitySavings.com website either for personal gain or malicious intent.
Friend Invite Reward Program – Program owned, copyrighted, and wholly exclusive to AllCitySavings.com and its respective owner(s) whereas a Registered Promoter may become eligible to receive Firps when Friends they personally invite, who list them as the Referrer upon successful Registration, achieve a Brrp.
Friend(s) – Friend and Friends, when used on the AllCitySavings.com website, refer to those people personally known by and invited, asked, and/or solicited to become a Registered Promoter by another existing Registered Promoter in Good Standing with the Terms and Agreement of the AllCitySavings.com website.
Good Standing – An unpublished status for a Registered Promoter who has not been found in violation of the Terms and Agreement of AllCitySavings.com.
Marketing Brochures – Text, webpage, and/or graphics designed, produced, and provided by the AllCitySavings.com website to be accessed for personal use per the guidelines of the Terms and Agreement by a Registered Promoter.
Promoter – General term used to describe any and all Registered Promoters and/or non-registered promoters of the AllCitySavings.com website and any/all of its content.
Qualified – A Registered Promoter who has accumulated and maintained a minimum of 25 points as generated via the BRRP within 1 calendar year per the guidelines of the Terms and Agreement, beginning with said Registered Promoter’s initial registration date. If at any time, due to a refund for any reason, a Registered Promoter loses points causing them to fall below the minimum of 25, the Registered Promoter becomes un-Qualified, and must re-Qualify to meet the minimum requirements.
Qualification – The status or act of being Qualified.
Referral Number – Number generated at random and stored in an AllCitySavings.com database to identify each individual Registered Promoter.
Referrer – Term used to describe a Registered Promoter who has been granted a Referral Number and who uses their email address to solicit friends for the FIRP or Advertisers for the BRRP.
Refund – Money paid by an Advertiser that has been returned to that Advertiser by AllCitySavings.com.
NOTE: All Sales are final and Refunds will not be granted once a sale has been finalized without the consent of AllCItySavings.com and its owner(s).
Register – The act of providing necessary and required information to become an Advertiser and/or Registered Promoter by completing all requests for information, reading and agreeing to the Terms and Agreement, and submitting the requested information to AllCitySavings.com.
Registered Business – Same as Advertiser (defined above). The terms Registered Business and Advertiser may be used interchangeably throughout the AllCitySavings.com website.
Registered Promoter – An individual, group, company, business, party, or entity who/which has successfully completed the registration process to become a Registered Promoter by entering all of the required information, reading and agreeing to the Terms and Agreement, and submitting the information as requested by AllCitySavings.com.
Registration – the act or process by which one Registers or becomes a Registered Business, Advertiser, and/or Registered Promoter.
Star Qualifier – Any and All Registered Promoters who accumulate 500 points in one calendar year. Additional requirements and information may be requested of Star Qualifiers from AllCItySavings.com for tax purposes, legal purposes, and/or promotional purposes.
Suspension – The act or condition of being suspended. Having one’s account held in an inactive state. This suspension will enforce that no actions may be proceed by the Registered Promoter or Advertiser in relation to points accumulation, Ad Option purchasing, or Ad publishing until the suspension is lifted. This is determined at the discretion of AllCitySavings.com and its owner(s).
Termination – The act or condition of being terminated. Having one’s account revoked, stopped, and or removed from the AllCitySavings.com website. Termination may take place at any time and for any reason by either party. All legitimate accumulated points will be paid out to a Registered Promoter provided they meet the 25 point minimum to qualify for a Brrp and provided that the account is not under investigation or suspicion of Fraud. An Advertiser whose account has been terminated by AllCitySavings.com may qualify to receive a refund of an amount equal to the original purchase price minus Brrps and /or Firps that have been paid and Ad Space that has been used by the terminated Advertiser. The exact amount will be determined at the sole discretion of AllCitySavings.com.
Terms and Agreement – Legally binding contract for any and all Advertisers, and/or Registered Promoters, and/or any other party deemed appropriate to mutually agree to accept the contractual obligations as set for in the Terms and Agreement language.
